Linqs (linqs.io) is an early-stage product being built in Cairo, Egypt, by its founders, Yousef Elsawy, Khaled Ibrahim and Saif Wael. Linqs is a shared inbox and automation tool that will let online brands manage their WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger conversations in one place.
Linqs is not open to the public yet. Sign-up is closed, and the product is used only by our team for internal testing.
What we collect
- Waitlist and demo requests. If you fill in the form on linqs.io, we collect the email address or WhatsApp number you enter. We use it only to reply to you and to tell you when Linqs launches.
- Meta test data. While we test our connection to Meta's platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram and Messenger), we only connect accounts that belong to our own team or to testers who have agreed to take part. We use any data received from Meta (such as account names, IDs and test messages) only to build and test Linqs.
We do not collect data from the public through the product, we do not sell or share personal data with anyone for advertising, and we do not use data received from Meta for any purpose other than testing Linqs.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to host and run Linqs, including Vercel, Neon, OVHcloud and Resend. They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or until we no longer need them. Test data is deleted when testing ends.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, including any data we received about you from Meta. Email [ysawy@linqs.io] with the subject "Data deletion request" and include your email address, phone number or Facebook/Instagram username. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Changes
We will update this policy before Linqs opens to the public, and the date at the top will show when it last changed.
